Reapplying for
JobAccess funding

Takes about 20 minutes. Do it on your PC, not a phone!

For people already approved for funding for coaching less than 12 months ago, applying again is easy!

Simply provide evidence of working at least 8 hours a week at the minimum wage or above.

1. Log in

Evidence you're still self-employed

Examples include:

a) A letter from your accountant confirming your employment is unchanged since your last application, or changed hours and income.

b) A Statutory Declaration confirming your employment is unchanged since your last application, or changed hours and income.

💡 Did you know creating a Stat Dec is incredibly easy through myGov — just search "Stat Dec" and follow the prompts.

Evidence of employment

Examples include:

a) A recent payslip showing your current hours and income.

b) A letter from your employer confirming your hours and income.

a) Head to jobaccess.gov.au and click Secure Login in the top-left of the page.

b) Click Login/New Registration as shown below.

Can't log in to myGov / no code arrived?
You may need to set up the myID App. If you don't already have it, it's genuinely super easy to set up — don't let it throw you!

Setting up the myID app

  1. On your phone, open the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Search "myID".
  3. Install it — the app walks you through setup.
  4. It's genuinely easy, and handy for other things too!

c) Once you’ve signed in to MyGov, scroll to the bottom of the privacy policy and click Proceed.

2. Locate your application

a) On the Welcome page, click Access Existing EAF Application.

b) Enter your Application ID or your name in the Search Criteria box and click Search.

c) Click your Application ID in the search results to open it.

3. Upload evidence

a) Once you’ve opened your existing application, click Application Processing in the left menu, and then Documents/Attachments.

b) To upload evidence of your employment, click Choose File.

c) Add a short comment describing the document, and click Upload.

Didn't get a Success message?
That means your upload didn't save. Try again — if it still doesn't go through, call JobAccess on 1800 464 800 and they'll help you sort it.
