Susie is the founder of Lilo Wellness. She has a Masters of Public Health, is a Registered Nurse, a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher and has completed an ADHD Professional Certificate.
Susie has been a health coach for more than a decade privately and in the corporate sector and has more recently become an ADHD Coach.
On a personal note, she is the sole parent of a little boy who is six and is autistic. Susie herself has ADHD.
She also has a history of depression and anxiety which she has overcome by practising what she teaches. (She never preaches!)
Her life can be very stressful at times too but despite this, she and her son are thriving.

As well as the five 45-minute sessions, you will get the most out of the program if you commit to a minimum of 10 minutes of self-reflection activities a day e.g. journaling and/or meditation.
You will be sent additional reading and audiovisual materials between each session that will take between one and two hours to complete.
There will also be other activities you can do as you go about your day but no time needs to be set aside for these.
The sessions take place primarily during business hours (AEST) via Zoom but if this is not convenient, it may be possible to do sessions on weekends or in the evenings. Click here to schedule a call to discuss.
The ADHD Coaching Program is for adults with ADHD who wants to get intentional about looking after their mind so that they can put their best foot forward for themselves, their family, friends and the wider community, and in their work.
