Who is Susie Hopkins?

Susie Hopkins is an ADHD Coach who combines her lived experience of having overcome decades of having mental health problems and undiagnosed ADHD for most of her life with 30+ years of experience in healthcare and research.

 

She’s passionate about translating complex research into practical, impactful tools and strategies for more joy and ease.

 

Susie’s career and education span more than three decades as a Registered Nurse, a Master’s of Public Health, an ADHD Professional Certification, three years working as a health coach in the corporate sector and she is also an experienced mindfulness and yoga teacher.

How much time will the program take each week?

As well as the eight 1 hour sessions, you will get the most out of the program if you spend time on program activities between sessions. his is worked out on an individual basis but is usually no more than one hour per week.

 

When do the face-to-face sessions take place?

The sessions take place primarily during business hours (AEST)  via Zoom but if this is not convenient, it may be possible to do sessions on weekends or in the evenings. Click here to schedule a call to discuss your needs.

Who is this program for?

The ADHD Coaching Program is for adults with ADHD who wants to get intentional about looking after their mind so that they can put their best foot forward for themselves, their family, friends and the wider community, and in their work.

How much does it cost?

The price for this program is $1597 plus GST. Alternatively, you can pay in 3 monthly instalments of $589 plus GST.
