Who is Susie Hopkins?

Susie Hopkins is an ADHD Coach who combines her lived experience of overcoming decades of having mental health problems for most of her life – and undiagnosed ADHD – with 30+ years of experience in healthcare and research.

 

 

She’s passionate about translating complex research into practical, impactful tools and strategies for more joy and ease – and making it joyful and easy!

 

Susie’s career and education span more than three decades as a Registered Nurse, a Master’s of Public Health, an ADHD Professional Certification, three years working as a health coach in the corporate sector and she is also an experienced mindfulness and yoga teacher.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will the program take each week?

As well as the four 1 hour sessions, you will get the most out of the program if you spend time on program activities between sessions. This is worked out on an individual basis but is usually no more than one hour per week.

When do the face-to-face sessions take place?

The sessions take place primarily during business hours (AEST)  via Zoom but if this is not convenient, it may be possible to do sessions on weekends or in the evenings. Click here to schedule a call to discuss your needs.

NOTE: In October and early November, session times will vary due to international travel. 

Who is this program for?

The ADHD Coaching Program is for you if you are determined not to let ADHD hold you back.

As ADHD is largely hereditary, the coaching process also often helps parents develop effective strategies for their kids as well.

How much does it cost?

The price for this program is $787. Alternatively, you can pay in 3 monthly instalments of $267.
