Stress Management and Wellbeing Workshop Series

This workshop series helps employees in demanding workplaces build skills and knowledge for managing stress and experiencing more wellbeing.

 

It consists of five weekly one hour workshops in which the following topics will be covered: stress management, healthy eating, physical activity and sleep and rest.

 

In the fifth week, each participant will bring the four previous weeks’ work together into a personal plan for the future. Less stress really is possible if you learn how to do things differently. So thank you for coming along.
