Hormonal changes impact ADHD symptoms in females at every stage of life, from when you start your period in adolescence through to menopause, and there are finally some studies to help us understand the science and how to manage the impact of these changes. 

While so much more research is required, with trial and error, it is possible to lessen the impact of hormones on our lives.
