Who is Susie Hopkins?

I have a few strings to my bow. I have a Masters of Public Health, am a Registered Nurse and am a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher. I have taught people how to manage stress for more than 10 years and have worked as a health coach in the corporate sector for many years as well.

On a personal note, I’m the sole parent of my little boy who is 5 and has autism having done IVF on my own. I also have a history of depression and anxiety which thankfully I have largely overcome by practising what I teach. (I never preach!)

My life can be very stressful and I don’t pretend it’s perfect. But I am blessed to have the skills that I have as they enable us to thrive.

Having developed a good understanding of neurodiversity I am passionate about providing services that are suitable for all types of brains. And I’d love to help you reset for more flow and less stress.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will the program take each week?

As well as the five 45-minute sessions, you will get the most out of the program if you commit to a minimum of 10 minutes of meditation and 5-10 minutes of self-reflection activities a day e.g. journaling.

You will be sent additional reading and audiovisual materials between each session that will take between one and two hours to complete.

There will also be other activities you can do as you go about your day but no time needs to be set aside for these.

When do the face-to-face sessions take place?

The sessions take place primarily during business hours but if this is not convenient, it may be possible to do sessions on weekends or in the evenings. Click here to schedule a call to discuss.
