    Who is Susie Hopkins?

    Susie is the founder of Lilo Wellness and she has a Masters of Public Health, is a Registered Nurse and a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher.


    Susie has taught people how to manage stress for more than a decade and has also worked as a health coach in the corporate sector for many years.


    On a personal note, she is the sole parent of a little boy who is six and has autism. For Susie, living her life with less stress is essential.

    How much time will the program take each week?

    As well as the six 45-minute sessions, over three months you will get the most out of the program if you commit to a minimum of 10 minutes of meditation and 5-10 minutes of self-reflection activities a day e.g. journaling.

    You will be sent additional reading and audiovisual materials between each session that will take between one and two hours to complete.

    There will also be other activities you can do as you go about your day but no time needs to be set aside for these.

    When do the face-to-face sessions take place?

    The sessions take place primarily during business hours but if this is not convenient, it may be possible to do sessions on weekends or in the evenings. Click here to schedule a call to discuss.
