This program will help you build skills for managing stress and experiencing more wellbeing.

 

It consists of five weekly 45-minute video sessions that are tailored to your needs. The following topics can be covered: stress management, healthy eating, physical activity and sleep and rest, depending on your needs.

 

In the fifth week, you will bring it all together into a personal plan for the future. Less stress really is possible if you learn how to do things differently. So thank you for coming along.
