Over the five sessions, you will be gently guided through some blissful practices and be supported to develop a plan for less stress into the future.
You’ll try tonnes of relaxation practices and work out how you can incorporate the ones that will help you most into your life. Less stress really is possible if you learn how to do things differently. So thank you for coming along.
