Christmas Break Email 2018

Dear *|FNAME|*

Signing off for the year, I want to remind you to be extra kind to yourself over the upcoming holiday period which can be super stressful for so many of us.

Have baths, read books, listen to soothing music, go for walks. Have a massage, go to the movies with a friend, hang out at the pool or beach with family and friends. And don't forget to do some meditation or yoga, every day if possible.

And go easy on yourself if your Christmas is not perfect, or even close to it. Know that if it's tough, you are most definitely not alone...
